Straw use is recommended by many speech specialist as the optimal way for babies and young children to develop the facial muscles used for speech. The improved safety lid design is the ONLY Honey Bear Straw Cup without the flip cap lid. The flip cap lid style, seen on all competitors breaks off easily with normal use leaving dangerous sharp edges. (swipe to see picture of broken orange lid 😬) As a mom of 3 who has used this product myself for 8 years I knew exactly how to improve the design.. so I did!!! AND because the design and function of the cup requires a tight fitting straw you will NEVER use the flip cap anyway and the lid and straw can be washed without disassembly. Also… FINALLY cute colors. I mean… duh?
